The Company’s Public Shares feature certain redemption rights that are considered to be outside of the Company’s control and subject to the occurrence of future events. As of September 30, 2021 and December 31, 2020, there were 14,950,000 and no Class A ordinary shares subject to possible redemption, respectively.



The Public Shares issued in the Initial Public Offering in connection with the over-allotment exercise were recognized in Class A ordinary shares subject to possible redemption as follows:
