Subsequent Events	NOTE 10. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date up to the date that the condensed financial statements were issued. Based upon this review, other than disclosed below, the Company did not identify any subsequent events that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the condensed financial statements. Withdrawal of Interest from Trust Account On October 7, 2022, the Company withdrew $326,451 of interest income from the Trust Account for the reimbursement of Delaware franchise tax obligations paid on its behalf. Extension Proxy On November 9, 2022, the Company filed a definitive proxy statement to extend the Combination Period until July 5, 2023, or such earlier date as determined by the Company’s board of directors.
