COMMITMENTS & CONTINGENCIES Legal Proceedings We were not subject to any legal proceedings during the period from September 15, 2020 (Inception) to September 30, 2020 and for the year ended September 30, 2021 and, to the best of our knowledge, no legal proceedings are pending or threatened. Contractual Obligations We are not party to any contractual obligations at this time.
