BUSINESS COMBINATIONS	BUSINESS COMBINATIONS On November 10, 2021 and December 6, 2021, Vimeo completed the acquisitions of 100% of the equity interests of Wibbitz Ltd. ("Wibbitz"), a leading enterprise video creation suite, and WIREWAX Ltd. ("WIREWAX"), a leader in interactive and shoppable video, respectively. The aggregate purchase price of both acquisitions consisted of cash consideration and contingent consideration, based on a combination of certain financial metrics and integration milestones.
