Income Taxes	Note 8. Income Taxes The Company’s loss before income taxes was entirely generated from its U.S. operations. As a result of its continuing losses, the Company had no provision for income taxes in the periods from July 1, 2023 to July 21, 2023 (Predecessor) and July 22, 2023 to September 30, 2023 (Successor) and January 1, 2023 to July 21, 2023 (Predecessor) and July 22, 2023 to September 30, 2023 (Successor), and the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022 (Predecessor).
