Subsequent Events	NOTE 9 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date up to the date that the unaudited condensed financial statements were issued. Based upon this review, the Company did not identify any, other than the below, subsequent events that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the unaudited condensed financial statements. On April 10, 2023, BofA Securities Inc. (“BofA”) notified the Company that BoFa waives its entitlement to the payment of its portion of any deferred compensation in connection with its role as underwriter in the Initial Public Offering.
