Total discounted insurance liabilities for fiscal 2022 were $25.7 million, reflecting a 0.4 percent discount rate, and for fiscal 2021 were $27.2 million, reflecting a 0.8 percent discount rate. The long-term portion of certain workers’ compensation and general liability accruals are discounted to their net present value based on expected loss payment patterns determined by independent actuaries using actual historical payments.
