(“Company”), pursuant to Law No. 6,404/1976, as amended, CVM Resolution 44/2021 and Circular Letter No. 7/2020-CVM/SEP, of August 26, 2020, hereby informs its shareholders and the market, that the Company will host a live broadcast (“Webinar”), on April 03rd, 2024, at 11:00 am (BRT).
The event, led by the Board of Directors and with the participation of the Executive Board, will be transmitted through the link (click here), with simultaneous translation, in which the Company will comment on its Management Proposal, which was disclosed to the market on March 26th, 2024 and is available in the Investor Relations website (https://ri.assai.com.br/)
The Company invites all of its shareholders and market in general to participate in the Webinar.
