Item 1. Distribution and Pool Performance Information

Response to Item 1 is set forth in Exhibit 99.1

On April 13, 2024, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, a national banking association (“WFBNA”), designated credit card accounts owned by WFBNA and conveyed the receivables then existing in those accounts and the receivables arising in those accounts thereafter to WF Card Funding, LLC (“Funding”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of WFBNA. On April 13, 2024, Funding assigned those receivables to WF Card Issuance Trust (“WFCIT”). The approximate initial aggregate amount of credit card receivables conveyed by WFBNA to Funding, and subsequently assigned by Funding to WFCIT, was $5.1 billion. WFBNA services those receivables and will continue to service the related accounts following the conveyance and assignment described above.
