On December 6, 2021, Latham Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its participation in Truist Securities 3rd Annual Industrials and Services Summit on December 7, 2021. A copy of the Company’s press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

A copy of the investor presentation, which includes information on its recent acquisition of Radiant Pools and a fourth quarter 2021 update on resin supply and fiberglass production, is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
