On November 3, 2025, Stardust Power Inc. ( the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has entered into a non-binding letter of intent with Mandrake Resources Limited, an Australian-based company, for the supply of 7,500 metric tons per annum of lithium carbonate equivalent in the form of lithium chloride. The contemplated transaction remains subject to the negotiation and execution of a definitive agreement by the parties.
