SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 10 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date up to the date that the financial statements were issued. Other than as described herein, the Company did not identify any other subsequent events that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the financial statements. On October 10, 2023, an aggregate of approximately $50,000 was deposited into the Trust Account, as the Monthly Extension Fee, in connection with the September 2023 Extension. On October 18, 2023, approximately $31.9 million was removed from the Trust Account in connection with the redemption of an aggregate of 3,060,282 shares of common stock subsequent to the approval of the September 2023 Extension.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
