401(k) retirement savings plan

The Company currently maintains a 401(k) retirement savings plan the covers substantially all of its employees (“401(k) Plan”). The 401(k) Plan permits voluntary contributions by employees, a portion of which are matched by the Company. The Company’s contributions to the 401(k) Plan were approximately $273,000 and $791,000 for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022, respectively, and $205,000 and $572,000 for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2021, respectively.
