Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 10, 2022, Diversey Holdings, Ltd. (“Diversey”) announced that it had released its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
