As of March 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022, the Company’s accruals for contingent liabilities related to unasserted claims were $55.5 million and $62.9 million, respectively. The accrued amounts represent the Company’s estimate of probable losses in accordance with ASC Topic 450, Contingencies. The Company’s estimate of the range of reasonably possible losses in excess of such accruals was $0 to $58.1 million as of March 31, 2023.
