On March 23, 2022, Enjoy Technology, Inc. (“Enjoy”) announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2021 by issuing a Letter to its Securityholders (the “Letter”). A copy of the Letter is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
