NOTE 4 – CAPITAL STOCK

The Company has 75,000,000 shares of common stock authorized with a par value of $0.001 per share.

In September 2020, the Company issued 3,000,000 shares of its common stock at $0.001 per share for total proceeds of $3,000 and 180,000 shares of its common stock at $0.01 per share for total proceeds of $1,800. For the nine months ended June 30, 2021, the Company issued 643,167 at $0.03 per share for total proceeds of $19,295. As of June 30, 2021, the Company had 3,823,167 shares issued and outstanding.

For the year ended September 30, 2021, the Company issued 878,167 shares of its common stock at $0.03 per share for total proceeds of $26,345.

As of June 30, 2022, the Company had 4,058,167 shares issued and outstanding.
