During the year ended December 31, 2024, the Company incurred expenses of nil (December 31, 2023: $0.4 million) from its shareholder, the University of Oxford, related to clinical study costs.
During the year ended December 31, 2024, the Company incurred expenses of $0.8 million (December 31, 2023: $0.6 million) from OUI which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company’s shareholder, the University of Oxford, primarily related to patent costs.
During the year ended December 31, 2024, the Company recognized license revenue of $15.0 million (December 31, 2023: $0.8 million) from OUI which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company’s shareholder, the University of Oxford.
