Goodwill	12.Goodwill The Company identified qualitative indicators of impairment in 2022 due to a sustained decline in the price of the Company’s American Depositary Shares, whereby the market capitalization continues to be below the value of the net assets of the Company. Therefore, the Company performed an interim qualitative assessment as of March 31, 2023 to determine whether it was more likely than not that the fair value of the reporting unit is less than its carrying amount. Based on this assessment, management determined it is not more likely than not that the fair value of the reporting unit is less than its carrying amount. No additional qualitative indicators of impairment were identified during the three month period ended March 31, 2023.
