Item 5.02.

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 11, 2021, TLG Acquisition One Corp. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of A. George Kadifa as a member of the board of directors of the company (the “Board”) in order to pursue other opportunities. In connection with the resignation, the Board reduced the number of directors on the Board from six to five and appointed Hilliard C. Terry III to its nominating and corporate governance committee and compensation committee.
