Common Stock

On April 30, 2021, the Company’s stockholders approved the third amended and restated certificate of incorporation of the Company, which included the authorization of 10,000,000 shares of undesignated preferred stock with a par value of $0.0001, authorization of 140,000,000 shares of voting common stock and 10,000,000 shares of non-voting common stock. As of June 30, 2022, no undesignated preferred stock was outstanding.

Common Stock Reserved

The number of shares of common stock that have been reserved for the potential conversion of Preferred Stock, outstanding stock options granted and stock options available for grant under the Company’s 2021 Stock Option and Incentive Plan (the “2021 Plan”) and

the 2018 Equity Incentive Plan (the “2018 Plan”) and shares reserved for issuance under the Company’s 2021 Employee Stock Purchase Plan (the “2021 ESPP”) are as follows:
