Commitments and Contingencies	12. Commitments and Contingencies Legal proceedings The Company does not have any pending or threatened litigation which, individually or in the aggregate, would have a material adverse effect on the consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2021. Assurance-type warranty The Company includes an assurance commitment warranting the application software products will perform in accordance with written user documentation and the agreements negotiated with customers. Since the Company does not customize its applications software, warranty costs are insignificant and expensed as incurred.
