On January 26, 2021, MNK completed the distribution (the "Distribution"), as a stock dividend payable to all holders of record of its ordinary shares on January 21, 2021, of one share of Montauk Renewables, Inc. (the "Issuer") common stock for each MNK ordinary share held. On January 26, 2021, Peresec adjusted the CFDs in its role as calculation agent, to account for the Distribution, which adjustment gave the Reporting Person a pecuniary interest in 905,078 shares of the Issuer's common stock.
