Such amounts are eliminated on consolidation. The bylaws of the relevant funds pro hib it double - charging fees on AUM across segments. Therefore, while our AUM by segment may double - count funds from one segment that invest in funds from another segment, the revenues for any given segment do not include revenue in respect of assets managed by another segment, which means there are no intercompany eliminations on revenues in our results of operation s. ▪ Net Cash and Investments include cash and cash equivalents and the fair value of investments in liquid funds and GP Fund Inve stm ents. 49 ▪ “Net revenue from Fund Management and Advisory” is a measure that we use to assess our ability to generate profits from our f und management and advisory business without measuring for the outcomes from funds above their respective benchmarks.
