Recent Accounting Pronouncements	In the first quarter of fiscal 2014, the Company adopted new accounting guidance which eliminates diversity in practice on the presentation of unrecognized tax benefits when a net operating loss, a similar tax loss, or tax credit carry forward exists at the reporting date. The new guidance had no impact on the Company's consolidated results of operations or cash flows.
