Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 14, 2022, Archer Aviation Inc. (“Archer” or the “Company”) held a conference call regarding its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2021. Archer also issued a letter to its stockholders (the “Shareholder Letter”) and a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2021. Copies of the Shareholder Letter and the Press Release are furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
Archer makes reference to non-GAAP financial information in both the Shareholder Letter and the Press Release. A reconciliation of GAAP to non-GAAP results is provided in the Shareholder Letter and the Press Release, as attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
