Subsequent Events	NOTE 10. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date up to the date that the condensed financial statements were issued. Based upon this review, the Company did not identify any subsequent events, other than as described below, that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the condensed financial statements. On April 4, 2022, the Company entered into an amendment to the Subscription Agreement with one of the Strategic Investors, pursuant to which the Strategic Investor subscribed to purchase an additional 1,000,000 shares of Common Stock for an aggregate purchase price of $10,000,000. As a result, as of April 4, 2022, the Company has agreed to issue and sell an aggregate of 35,730,000 shares of Common Stock for an aggregate purchase price of $357,300,000 to the PIPE Investors in the PIPE Investment.
