Subsequent Events	NOTE 10. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date up to the date that the condensed financial statements were issued. Based upon this review, the Company did not identify any subsequent events, other than as described below, that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the condensed financial statements. On November 10, 2021, our Sponsor notified the Company of its election to purchase 2,300,000 Private Placement Warrants, for an aggregate purchase price of $2,300,000, in order to extend the time the Company will have to consummate an initial business combination by 6 months, to May 19, 2022.
