Net Loss Per Share Attributable to Common Stockholders

Net Loss Per Share Attributable to Common StockholdersBasic net loss per share of common stock attributable to common stockholders is calculated by dividing net loss attributable to common stockholders by the weighted-average shares of common stock outstanding for the period. Diluted net loss per share attributable to common stockholders is the same as basic net loss per share attributable to common stockholders for all years presented because the effects of potentially dilutive items were antidilutive given the Company’s net loss in each period presented.
