Note 22 – Issuance of Common Stock

During the six months ending December 31, 2023, the Company sold 1,335,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price of $3.00 per share, generating gross proceeds of approximately $4.0 million. After deducting underwriting discounts, offering expenses, and representative warrants, net proceeds were approximately $1.3 million. No shares were issued during the six months ending December 31, 2024.
