Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On September 26, 2024, the Boards of Directors of Affinity Bancshares, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Affinity Bank, extended the terms of the Employment Agreements with each of Edward J. Cooney, President and Chief Executive Officer, Brandi Pajot, Chief Financial Officer, Clark N. Nelson, Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer and Elizabeth M. Galazka, Executive Vice President of Lending, such that the terms of the Employment Agreements expire on September 1, 2027 (with respect to Messrs. Cooney and Nelson) and September 1, 2026 (with respect to Mss. Pajot and Galazka). There were no other changes to the Employment Agreements.
