Defined Contribution Plan	Defined Contribution PlanThe Company has a 401(k) defined contribution plan (the “401(k) Plan”) for its employees. Eligible employees may make pretax contributions to the 401(k) Plan up to statutory limits. During the three and six months ended June 30, 2023, the Company recognized $0.2 million and $0.4 million, respectively, of expense related to 401(k) discretionary match.
