On February 28, 2024, DocGo Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s earnings results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2023 (the “Press Release”). The Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Report”).
