Subsequent Events	Note 10 — Subsequent Events As described in Note 1 “Description of Organization and Business Operations” above, on January 23, 2021, the Company entered into a business combination agreement and plan of reorganization with Sunlight Financial LLC. The Company evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date up to the date that the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements were issued and determined that there have been no other events that have occurred that would require adjustments to or disclosure in the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
