Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Guild Holdings Company (the "Company") makes the following disclosures in response to recent closures of regional banks:

•The Company does not maintain any deposit or other accounts or credit facilities with Silicon Valley Bank, Silvergate Bank or Signature Bank, and has no business relationship with any of the named banks;

•The Company’s corporate cash accounts are held with money center banks; and

•Client escrow funds are held in fully insured deposit accounts at a mix of money center and regional banks.
