Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 13, 2021, Scilex Holding Company (“Scilex”), a majority-owned subsidiary of Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: SRNE), posted a presentation on its website regarding its business, which included information regarding the execution of a letter of intent between Scilex and the Registrant for a proposed business combination between the parties. A copy of the presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
