On May 21, 2021, MEDIROM Healthcare Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it has entered into a Master Manufacturing Agreement with Sanei Electronics Co., Ltd. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 6-K.
