Capitalized software, net consisted of the following:

Total amortization expense for capitalized software was $0.4 million and $0.3 million for the three months ended March 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively. Total amortization expense was included in Selling, general and administrative expense in the unaudited condensed consolidated statements of operations and comprehensive income (loss).
