On June 6, 2022, the Founder, CEO, and Chairman Doug W. Clark, President and COO Matt Clark, and CFO Tom Sabol of Corcentric, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Corcentric”), will present at the William Blair Growth Stock Conference (the “Conference”). Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein is the investor presentation that North Mountain Merger Corp. (“North Mountain”) and Corcentric have prepared for use in connection with the Conference.
