Item 8.01. Other Events.
On December 21, 2023 the Company’s Board of Directors declared a special dividend of $0.1821 per share on the issued and outstanding shares of the Company’s Common Stock (the “Dividend”). The Dividend is payable on January 11, 2024 to holders of record as of the close of business on December 22, 2023.
