INCOME TAX	NOTE 10. INCOME TAX Our effective tax rate was 0.70% and 0.00% for the three months ended June 30, 2022 and 2021, respectively and 0.29% and 0.00% for the six months ended June 30, 2022 and 2021, respectively. The effective tax rate differs from the statutory rate of 21% for the three months ended March 31, 2022 and 2021, due to changes in fair value in warrant liabilities and the valuation allowance on the deferred tax assets.
