SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	14. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Consultant Shares During the period of July 1, 2025 through August 12, 2025, 20,000 shares of our common stock were issued to a vendor in consideration for services to be provided. Warrant Exercises On July 2, 2025, 83,325 shares of our common stock were issued upon the cashless exercise of 83,333 pre-funded warrants.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
