Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 21, 2023, Wayne Godfrey, M.D. resigned from his position as Chief Medical Officer of Janux Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”), effective July 5, 2023. Dr. Godfrey’s decision to resign was for personal reasons and was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. On an interim basis and effective immediately, Byron Robinson, Ph.D., the Company’s Chief Strategy Officer, will take over leadership of the Company’s ongoing clinical activities and supervise the Company’s experienced clinical team.
