Subsequent Events	15. Subsequent Events In July 2021, the Company completed a follow-on offering and issued and sold 5,468,250 shares of common stock, including full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option to purchase an additional 713,250 shares, at a public offering price of $47.00 per share. The aggregate gross proceeds before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions, and other estimated offering expenses payable by the Company were approximately $257.0 million. Concurrent with the follow-on offering, the Company issued and sold 49,928 shares of common stock at $47.00 per share in a private placement to Vertex and the aggregate proceeds were $2.3 million.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
