On February 2, 2021, Brookline Capital Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) consummated its initial public offering (the “IPO”) of 5,750,000 units (the “Units”), including the exercise in full of the underwriters’ 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 units.
