On July 21, 2020, the Company’s amended and restated certificate of incorporation became effective, authorizing 1,000,000,000 shares of common stock, $0.001 par value per share, and 100,000,000 shares of undesignated preferred stock, $0.001 par value per share. As of June 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021, the Company had 40,745,252 and 40,587,067 shares of common stock outstanding, respectively.
