On June 23, 2021, CureVac N.V. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Dr. Ingmar Hoerr withdrew his candidacy for nomination to the Company's Supervisory Board and Dr. Timothy M. Wright will resign from his role on the Company's Supervisory Board on June 24, 2021.
