Employee Savings Plan	11. Employee Savings Plan The Company has offered its employees in the United States the ability to participate in a 401(k). The Company has also offered its employees in Canada the ability to participate in a registered retirement savings plan. As of January 1, 2021, the Company started making non-matching employer contributions into both of these plans on behalf of participants equal to 3% of their base salary. The Company has recorded an expense of $0.8 million and $0.5 million in matching contributions for the years ended December 31, 2022 and 2021.
