Warrants	Note 4 – Warrants As of December 31, 2023 and June 30, 2023, there were 521,000 warrants outstanding. The Company measures the fair value of warrants using Black-Scholes Model. No warrants have been issued during the six months ended December 31, 2023. The fair value of the warrants issued during the year ended June 30, 2023 was approximately $2,026,010 using a volatility of 94.9%, risk-free rate of 3.54%, and an expected term of 5.5 years.
