Note 15– Retirement Plan

In July 2021, the Company adopted a 401(k) retirement savings plan that provides retirement benefits to all full-time employees. Eligible employees may contribute a percentage of their annual compensation, subject to Internal Revenue Service limitations. The Company contributed $0.5 million and $0.3 million to the 401(k) retirement savings plan for the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively.
